According to al-Watan, the cell leader was
Ali al-Faqasi
علي الفقعسي
who might be the guy previously identified as
علي عبد الرحمن الغامدي
Ali Abdur-Rahman al-Ghamdi
who reportedly surrendered in KSA in June 2003. Al-Watan now says al-Faqasi was extradited to the USA in February 2005 and sentenced to 30 years, which is untrue.
