Moazzem Begg lost his job with the Taliban in Afghanistan when NATO showed up in 2001. Since then he has made a career out of being a former inmate of Guantanamo Bay, feeding the self-pity and the brainless religious chauvinism of any Muslim who will listen, in support of any violent Muslim who is not getting his own way over Kufr. Moazzem Begg's M.O. is the entirely the standard one for a Sunni rabble-rouser and hate-monger in the UK, of whom there are hundreds.

The collaboration between this scabrous and anti-social individual, and the self-appointed priesthood called Amnesty International, has been exposed by Gita Sahgal of AI themselves. AI has now suspended that lady. Another mistake.

We would like to remind all of our brothers and sisters that God tests His slaves with whatever He Wills. Many great Muslim scholars before have faced the same trials and tests for nothing more than their beliefs. As Allah said in the Quran "And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers. They had nothing against them, except that they believed in God, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise!" [85:7-8]

Begg never recognizes any non-Islamist jurisdiction over any Muslim, no matter on what evidence, nor for that matter any right to self-defence against Muslim terrorism by any non-Muslim.

This morning the Sunday Times published an article about Amnesty International’s association with groups that support the Taliban and promote Islamic Right ideas. In that article, I was quoted as raising concerns about Amnesty’s very high profile associations with Guantanamo-detainee Moazzam Begg. I felt that Amnesty International was risking its reputation by associating itself with Begg, who heads an organization, Cageprisoners, that actively promotes Islamic Right ideas and individuals.

Within a few hours of the article being published, Amnesty had suspended me from my job.

A moment comes, which comes but rarely in history, when a great organisation must ask: if it lies to itself, can it demand the truth of others? For in defending the torture standard, one of the strongest and most embedded in international human rights law, Amnesty International has sanitized the history and politics of the ex-Guantanamo detainee, Moazzam Begg and completely failed to recognize the nature of his organisation Cageprisoners.

The tragedy here is that the necessary defence of the torture standard has been inexcusably allied to the political legitimization of individuals and organisations belonging to the Islamic Right.

I have always opposed the illegal detention and torture of Muslim men at Guantanamo Bay and during the so-called War on Terror. I have been horrified and appalled by the treatment of people like Moazzam Begg and I have personally told him so. I have vocally opposed attempts by governments to justify ‘torture lite’.

The issue is not about Moazzam Begg’s freedom of opinion, nor about his right to propound his views: he already exercises these rights fully as he should. The issue is a fundamental one about the importance of the human rights movement maintaining an objective distance from groups and ideas that are committed to systematic discrimination and fundamentally undermine the universality of human rights. I have raised this issue because of my firm belief in human rights for all.

I sent two memos to my management asking a series of questions about what considerations were given to the nature of the relationship with Moazzam Begg and his organisation, Cageprisoners. I have received no answer to my questions. There has been a history of warnings within Amnesty that it is inadvisable to partner with Begg. Amnesty has created the impression that Begg is not only a victim of human rights violations but a defender of human rights. Many of my highly respected colleagues, each well-regarded in their area of expertise has said so. Each has been set aside.

As a result of my speaking to the Sunday Times, Amnesty International has announced that it has launched an internal inquiry. This is the moment to press for public answers, and to demonstrate that there is already a public demand including from Amnesty International members, to restore the integrity of the organisation and remind it of its fundamental principles.

I have been a human rights campaigner for over three decades, defending the rights of women and ethnic minorities, defending religious freedom and the rights of victims of torture, and campaigning against illegal detention and state repression. I have raised the issue of the association of Amnesty International with groups such as Begg’s consistently within the organisation. I have now been suspended for trying to do my job and staying faithful to Amnesty’s mission to protect and defend human rights universally and impartially.

Before Begg can remove it at the request of his employers in Amnesty International (who are right now anxiously trying to get some of the egg off their faces) I will preserve here one of MB's affectations of concern for the vicious, profoundly ignorant, and sickeningly intolerant Saudi-trained hatemonger Abdullah al-Faisal:

Renowned Jamaican Muslim cleric Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal spent a second night yesterday in the custody of the Kenyan Anti-Terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) who arrested him in Mombasa on new year’s eve and held him on a holding charge of breaching immigration regulations.

Sheikh al-Faisal is being held at the Kilindini Port Police Station where the ATPU have issued orders that he should not be seen by anyone. The police have not formally said why he was being held but when he was arrested at the Nyali suburbs they claimed he had gone against his tourist visa by giving lectures and addressing congregations in Mosques. When his hosts were asked to take him his baggage yesterday morning they were told he would be deported. However later on Friday afternoon a source said they were still investigating his movements and had taken his laptop to Nairobi for expert analysis on the request of an unnamed foreign country which had issues with the cleric.

In 2007 Sheikh al-Faisal was deported from Britain where he had lived for twenty years to his native Jamaica for allegedly preaching “hatred against Jews, Hindus and Westerners”. He had been jailed in 2003 for the offense. Al-Faisal, who is from St James in Jamaica, left the island for the UK 26 years ago. Born Trevor William Forrest, he earned the nicknamed “Dictionary” because of his vocabulary. His parents were Salvation Army officers and he was raised as a Christian, but when he was aged 16 he went to Saudi Arabia – where he became a Muslim and spent eight years studying Islam at Madina University and later took a degree in Islamic Studies in the Saudi capital of Riyadh before going to the UK. It was not clear whether Britain had requested his removal from Kenya. ATPU officers in Mombasa however claimed the arrest was over immigration offenses but “he was of general interest to the unit”

The Muslim Human Rights Forum (MHRF) views the action against Sheikh al-Faisal as discriminatory since preachers of other faiths are usually granted similar visitors’ visa and are never restrained from preaching or conducting other lawful religious activities in the country.

“This is curtailing Sh. Faisal’s freedoms of expression and association in a very discriminative manner and holding him incommunicado which is totally

unacceptable,” said MHRF’s Chairman Al-Amin Kimathi “It follows a pattern we saw throughout last year where Muslim scholars and aid workers were arbitrarily arrested and deported from the country on very flimsy grounds,” Kimathi added. MHRF has instructed Mombasa lawyer Yusuf Abubakar to take up the case of Sheikh al-Faisal.

Certainly Moazzem Begg would want Amnesty International to get rid of any Hindu, such as Gita Sahgal. That would go double for a female, who moreover is a longstanding proponent of gender equality, which is contrary to the primitive and barbaric dicta of Moazzem Begg's Taliban and al-Qa'ida comrades.

Tartusi of Londonistan getting belligerent

Abu Baseer at-Tartusi, real name Abdul-Mun'im Mustafa Halima, recently posted a fatwa "authorizing" violence against the regime of Saudi Arabia. Well, more accurately, somebody had asked him for permission to commit such violence and Tartusi condemned the Saudi regime and left the call up to the reader. I don't want to give links here to Tartusi's websites, which carry serious malware, but you can find the fatwa on the English websites of the Shabaab franchise of al-Qa'ida.

At-Tartusi (a mock-tribal surname, after Tartus in Syria) is a terrorism-friendly Sunni pseudo-cleric, harboured and supported by the British government since he fled from the defeated Ikhwan uprising in Syria years ago. Tartusi especially admired the rampaging butcher who called himself Abu Mus'ab az-Zarqawi.

Tartusi as a rule writes only in Arabic, which is one of the reasons why his following in Londonistan is small. He does however have the endorsement of Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi's people.

Quilliam's report

Here it is again. The document does serve some useful purposes, which is to say, it is not just another 130 pages of the evasion, equivocation, and perversion so familiar to all observers of contemporary Islamist terrorism. A religious bias is inevitably present, but relatively light. For example, Quilliam does firmly object to the British prison system enabling and facilitating the broadcast of Muslim terrorist incitement from within what the British describe as high-security prisons. On the other hand, Quilliam rather dramatizes the British mishandling of a Palestinian psychiatric patient while not mentioning their equally inept mishandling of other psychiatric patients; indeed they quote the guy's wife in an interview she gave to "cageprisoners" -- a group whose whole purpose is to nurse the self-pity of British Muslim criminals and their sympathizers.

The report and its concluding advice about rehabilitation are not bad on the whole.

They don't mention that Abu Doha is at large. But I'll mention it.

Massari of Londonistan trying to get back in business

Muhammad al-Massari lives in London with the status of a political refugee. Under British government protection he has run pro-terrorism web forums with various names over the years, most recently Midaad as-Siyuf (Ink of Swords, i.e. blood). He's back now, reusing his old Tajdeed trademark. Midaad went down not long after a conflict broke out between Massari on one side, and al-Qa'ida cleric Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi and his Londonistani sycophant Hani al-Siba'i on the other.

Now Massari on his newest forum has taken the title "Imam" and has written some excuses about why the previous forum went down. In particular, he's claiming that the dispute had taken a profane and abusive tone "unworthy of a Muslim, let alone a mujahid" (my translation, from his Arabic). He makes obeisances to Maqdisi and Siba'i, and I think lately he has been flattering the Egyptian side of al-Qa'ida a little, presumably to ingratiate himself with Siba'i, who is a publicity hub of al-Qa'ida's Egyptian component.

Update:
Massari has numerous YouTube accounts, whereby he is busily uploading pro-terrorism propaganda videos. His terrorist forum is not getting much traffic, but he's using it to publicize and distribute some of his previous writings which endorse suicide bombings, indiscriminate mass homicide of noncombatants, and everything about his fellow Saudi Usama Bin Ladin.

Libyan Islamic Fighting Group and the UK

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is the head of a pseudo-charity in Libya, called the Gaddafi Development Foundation, which says it is mediating a "reconciliation" between Tripoli and more than 1000 members of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group who are now in Libyan prisons. After publicly recanting and foreswearing violence, they will be let out of prison. The story is being covered by two Arab newspapers in London (Ash-Sharq al-Awsat and al-Quds al-Arabi), whose reports are corroborated by one of the most senior al-Qa'ida mouthpieces in Londonistan. The UK is currently harbouring at least nine LIGF members:

Those nine are all under worldwide embargo by the UN Security Council as known affiliates of al-Qa'ida. Without a doubt, Saif al-Islam has already told Brown and company what he wants done about those guys, and they will do their best to fulfill his wishes. Specifically, my guess is that Whitehall will start to play up the reconciliation and put on a show of regarding those guys as retroactively blameless.

Faraj al-Sa'idi has been convicted and sentenced in Italy. It is possible that he is the "AF" whom the UK recently released even while they conceal his identity from their own people. The release could well be part of London's secret arrangements with Tripoli.

At least two top-rung al-Qa'ida bosses are ex-LIFG: Abu Yahya al-Libi (Hassan Qaid) and Atiya Abdur-Rahman. Those people won't approve of the UK's collaboration with the Libyan regime on behalf of BP.

Anwar al-Awlaki of Yemen and the USA is a longtime proponent of Islamist terrorist aggression throughout the world. In particular, he lionizes the early AQAP chief Yusuf al-Ayyeri and he endorses what he calls "martyrdom operations". Al-Awlaki's followers are mostly immature and uneducated anglophones recruited from the gutter, many of them converts, plus a few immigrant Pakistanis and self-pitying Palestinians, but few of his fellow Arabians. He endorses al-Qa'ida but in general al-Qa'ida does not return the favour. Al-Awlaki's internet presence relies on help from others, in particular some of the Tibyan people in the UK.

Maqdisi sides with al-Siba'i; al-Massari backs down

Top al-Qa'ida cleric Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi has written a little on his Minbar at-Tawheed wal-Jihad website about the recent squabble in Londonistan. Maqdisi speaks of the al-Qa'ida program going ahead "with Massari or without Massari", and says it is not restricted to KSA, in contrast with the program of Massari (who is a Saudi). I'm not sure that this means much. Anyway, below is a copy of a bulk email sent out yesterday by Massari's little group to all their supporters. He wants to bury the hatchet but takes the opportunity to crow that the publicity over the dispute has attracted a lot of new members to his forum.

Hani al-Siba'i clashing with Muhammad al-Massari

It's pretty harsh and a little complicated, but in the end it's only Londonistan.

On his jihadist forum Midaad as-Sayuf (Ink of Swords), the Saudi terrorist Muhammad al-Massari has lately been accusing the Egyptian terrorist Hani al-Siba'i of various lapses including backsliding, lying, and even working for the British. Both guys operate in London under official British government protection. The Saudi-owned press organ al-Arabiya mentioned the conflict, but I don't have a copy of their story. But here is al-Siba'is response to the piece, which seems to have been called Competition Between Islamists in "London Stan".

Another bone of contention between the two is how to regard the late Abu Mus'ab az-Zarqawi. Al-Siba'i never breathes one word of criticism of Zaraqawi.

That's from Siba'i's website as of two days ago. The very senior al-Qa'ida cleric Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi was the personal mentor of Zarqawi before the latter went to Iraq. The disagreement over how to remember the Zarqawi has therefore led to a dispute over the contemporary significance, and objectivitiy, of Maqdisi himself. Massari has been painting Maqdisi as a big jihadist figure of the past, but as a person whose outlook is now skewed by his own experience (in prison particularly), who sometimes acts outside his competence. Massari also questions to what extent Maqdisi can take the "credit" for Zarqawi's rampages. Meanwhile al-Siba'i claims (and I don't doubt it) that the following vague encouragement reached him recently from Maqdisi himself.

فقوام الدين كما تعلم بكتاب يهدي وسيف ينصر ؛ لا غنى لأحدهما عن الأخر ..

وإذا كان رؤوس التجهم والإرجاء في زماننا قد ارتضوا أن يصطفوا مع إخوانهم وأولياء نعمتهم من الطواغيت فانحازوا إلى عدوتهم وأفنوا أوقاتهم وأعمارهم في الجدال عنهم والطعن في سادات المجاهدين الذين تبرؤوا منهم وخرجوا عليهم ؛ فيكفيك فخرا أن استعملك الله واختارك للاصطفاف مع إخوانك المجاهدين والانحياز إلى عدوتهم تدفع عن جهادهم وتحرض على نصرتهم وتتحمل في سبيل ذلك عداوة وكيد الطواغيت وتصبر على أذى الجهال والسفهاء ..
أخي الحبيب أوصيك أن تضع دائما نصب عينيك هذه الآية وهي قوله تعالى ( لا يَسْتَوِي مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَقَاتَلَ أُوْلَئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا )

فإنها تعينك على الثبات وتحمل تبعات هذا الطريق..

ثانيا : جزاك الله خيرا على دفعك عني بعض ما رماني به الجهال وقد أحزنني ما نلته بسببي من تطاول وأذى وتمنيت لو أنك لم تدخل نفسك في هذه المعمعة ؛ خصوصا بعدما رأيت سفاهة القوم وقلة أدبهم وخطابهم السوقي فأسأل الله تعالى أن يأجرك على عملك وأن يجمعنا وإياك في فردوسه الأعلى حيث لا نسمع فيها لاغية ..

ثالثا : أوصيك أخي وأوصي نفسي بالثبات على الحق المبين والتضحية بالغالي والنفيس من أجل الثبات على ذلك خصوصا وأنت تعاين خذلان الناس لهذا المنهج وتسمع وترى كل يوم المتساقطين والمتراجعين من حولنا ؛ فالله الله أخي الحبيب في هذا التوحيد والله الله في هذا الجهاد فإنه أمانة في أعناقنا وحذار من خذلان إخواننا المجاهدين في زمن الانتكاس والإنكسار وتكالب الدنيا كلها عليهم

فتلك حروب من يغب عن غمارها
ليسلم يقرع بعدها سن نادم

ثبتنا الله وإياك على الحق المبين وختم لنا ولك بالشهادة في سبيله مقبلين غير مدبرين
وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

تابعت على مدى الأيام الماضية محاولة جريئة تعد الأولى في التاريخ الإسلامي المعاصر للعودة إلى ما كان عليه إبراهيم عليه السلام لما تصدّى للقوم فقال:

بَل رَّبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا عَلَى ذَلِكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ

ربكم ليس المقدسي الذي يفتي من على سريره بأن المجاهدين قد جرجروا الأمة إلى ويلات لا طاقة لنا بها، ولا بن باز الذي أفتى من غرفة مظلمة أظلمتها بصيرته المطموسة ولا الألباني الذي أفتى بإخراج المسلمين من فلسطين إكراماً لليهود،

إنما ربكم الله الذي فطر السماوات والأرض،
يا قوم هل تسمعون لرجل أعمل لسانه البذئ في عرض من لن يرى النور وسيبقى العمر في زنزاته كفعل هاني السباعي بالشيخ نبيل فك الله أسره؟

يا قوم هل تقبلون شهادة هذا الآثم قلبه الذي كتم الشهادة أن مواد الشيخ الحكايمة كانت أصلية وأن من كذبوكم إنهم لكاذبون؟

يا قوم هل تنصتون لقرد يخرج على شاشة العبرية المقيتة في فرح ابنه ليقولوا عنه هذا وهؤلاء هم شيوخ التوحيد؟ وإن قالوا فهل تصدقوهم؟
تالله إنكم لمغيبون!

لم يكن أبداً في حسباني أن تتسارع عجلة الأحداث بهذه السرعة الرهيبة إلى هذه الدرجة فالصراع بين الحق والباطل عُرف دائماً بأنه صراع بين الخير والشر، ولما كان النور واحد والظلمات كُثُر، قال تعالى: "ليخرجكم من الظلمات إلى النور"
فإن المداد واحد والظلمات تعددت.

إن ضربة المداد بإعلان الإنفصال عن الفكر التقليدي الوهابي المتحجر والذي يقول بعزل الإسلام ما قبل محمد بن عبد الوهاب عنه بعد محمد بن عبد الوهاب تعتبر ضربة مدروسة بكل المقاييس فلم يتوفر أبداً للمداد عقليتين فذتين كعقليتا الشيخ المحضار وأخيه ليث مكة أرضاهما الله بكرمه وإن لم يكن مصرع تراث الوهابية التقليدية على يديهما فسنظل في ظلام الجهل والخوف والإرهاب الفكري إلى أبد الآبدين.

اثناء تجوالي ببعض المواقع تكشف لي أن ضرباتكم قد وصلت إلى الهدف وأسالت الدماء النجسة من أجساد بالية عفى عليها الزمان.
لقد اقلقتم الشيطان الذي عشش في عقول القوم وباض وفقس حتى صاروا يهذون بما لا يعرفون بل بلغ حالهم أن أصبحوا ينادون بتدمير الموقع!!
ظانّين بالله ظنّ السوء وناسين أن الله هو الكافي، "أليس الله بكاف عبده"؟

لا أظن أن هناك جدوى في نقاش سفر الحوالي او سلمان العودة أو العبيكان أو المدخلي .. ولا حتى المقدسي وأمثاله .. ولا أبومريم بن طلاع المخلفي، فهؤلاء جميعاً يجتمعون على صنم واحد يعبدونه من دون الله وهو محمد بن عبد الوهاب.

كنت في أيام الدراسة أتساءل كثيراً، ... لماذا لم يقم محمد بن عبد الوهاب خلافة إسلامية مع أنه كان يملك المال والسلاح؟
بل لقد دعاه والي مصر محمد علي باشا رحمه الله لأن يكون جزءاً من الدولة العثمانية وهي الخلافة التي اجتمع عليها المسلمون فأبى واستكبر وكان من الخارجين.
فلماذا لم ينضم بإمارته إلى الدولة الأم ولا يفرق الصفوف ولا يشق عصا الطاعة وليكونن مثله مثل غيره من الإمارات إلى أن يتأتى له الإعداد والمدد فينشر دعوته في باقي بلاد المسلمين بدون دماء ولا خسائر؟
ثم لماذا لم يقاتل محمد بن عبد الوهاب الكفار الذي يلونه في اليمن وقد كانت محتلة احتلالاً بريطانياً أم أن إلهه الذي في نجد قد غاب عن اليمن أم قال لربه:
"اذهب أنت وربك فقاتلا إنا هاهنا قاعدون"؟

إن رأس الأفعى التي كثيراً ما خشاها القوم هي الدعوة التثبيطية التي جاءت باسم التوحيد وهي ذاتها دعوة بن طلاع المخلف فلا فرق بين بن طلاع ومحمد بن عبد الوهاب إلا في الزمن، أما غير ذلك فهما متناغمين متوافقين قلباً وقالباً في كل شئ.

وما فعل المقدسي بالأمة من تخذيل وتثبيط وقعود إلا مثالاً آخراً على أنه لا يمكن الجهاد أبداً لعدم اكتمال النصاب المقدسي العجيب الذي اخترعه وهو جالس في حمى ولي أمره صديق شارون إيستون.

أعد المداد عدته وجاء بخيله وخيلاءه ورماهم بسهام توحيدية خالصة بريئة من الشرك وأهله قائلاً:
وَتَاللَّهِ لَأَكِيدَنَّ أَصْنَامَكُم بَعْدَ أَن تُوَلُّوا مُدْبِرِينَ

فقضى على أصناهم و "فَجَعَلَهُمْ جُذَاذاً إِلَّا كَبِيراً لَّهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُونَ "
وصنمهم الأكبر هو المسؤول عن كل ما جرى لهم فراغوا إلى أهلهم يتساءلون،
من فعل ذلك بآلهتنا لعلهم يهتدون،

قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا فَتًى يَذْكُرُهُمْ يُقَالُ لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ

وإبراهيم النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام مثل يتكرر في الأمم،
فإبراهيم ما فعل إلا ما فعل حفيده عليه الصلاة والسلام إذ وقف في قريش يقول لهم:
"يا معشر قريش جئتكم بالذبح"**

لم يكن لديه صلى الله عليه وسلم لا سلاح ولا منعة ولا شوكة تحميه إلاأنه هدم أصنامهم بكلامه الحكيم بأبي هو وأمي، جئتكم بالذبح.

وفي إبراهيم مثلاً احتذى به من بعد نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم الصديق رضي الله عنه يوم وقف وحده لينقذ أمة فكان رجلاً بأمة عليه رضوان الله، وقد رفض مشورة أمير المؤمنين عمر وقال والله لو منعوني عقال بعير لقاتلتهم عليه

ووقفه أحمد بن حنبل يوم الفتنة ثم وقفه سيد قطب يوم قالوا له اعتذر عن كتابك تفدي رقبتك فقال الإصبع الذي كتب التوحيد لايكتب الشرك أو كما قال.

ووقفه بن تيمية يوم دافع عن فكره فظل في السجن سنين عدداً حتى قضى ولقى ربه أسيراً

واليوم جاء يوم المداد، والأصنام التي كسرها إبراهيم ومحمد عليهما الصلاة والسلام هما نفس الأصنام التي قاتلها الصديق وهي التي رفضها أحمد وسجنت بن تيمية واليوم تريد هدم المداد فالله كافيكم يا أهل المداد، اصبروا وصابروا ورابطوا ..

ولما جيئ بالخليل عليه الصلاة والسلام ليقر بتهمته لم يجبن ولم يخف ولم ينهار، بل راح يسخر من عقولهم المنتنة،
أتصدقون أن يكون هاني السباعي مجاهداً وهو بين يدي المخابرات البريطانية يا قوم؟
أتقبلون شهادته بعد ان اعترف أنه آثم قلبه كاتم للشهادة لما كتم شهادته في مواد الحكايمة؟
تالله إنكم لضالون.

ليس المداد هو الذي أسقط المقدسي ولا المداد هو الذي أسقط السباعي ولا المداد هو الذي أسقط بن باز،

بيان نصرة وتأييد إلى المجاهدين والأهل في غزة الصابرة المجاهدة

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على محمد النبي الأمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد؛
فهذه كلماتي العاجزة أمررها إليكم من ضيق السجن والقيد إعذاراً إلى الله تعالى، ومحبة فيكم وفي فعالكم ومواقفكم الإيمانية العظيمة التي أحييتم بها سيرة أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم في غزوة الأحزاب، فأعدتموها اليوم جدّة ونوراً وحياة، إذ جاؤوكم من كل صوب وعلى كل الصعد، وتحالف ضدكم جمع اليهود وجمع الردة من العرب وجمع الكفر الصليبي حتى يستأصلوكم ويقضوا على دينكم وإيمانكم، فزلزلت القلوب وبلغت الحناجر، وصبوا عليكم حمم طائراتهم ودباباتهم وبوارجهم، فصبرتم صبر الجبال الرواسي، وقدمتم الشهداء والدماء الزكية الطاهرة من الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ والشباب، وكنتم أهلاً لمواقف أجدادكم وآبائكم الأقدمين من الصحابة والتابعين، فهنيئاً لكم هذا الفخر الإيماني، وهذا الشرف الرباني، وإن كان في الدنيا ما يحسده المؤمنون على إخوانهم، فإنكم والله لتحسدون على هذه المرتبة والمقام.
إخواني المجاهدين في غزة الصابرة من كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام وإخوانهم من رافعي راية الدين والإيمان، وأهلي الصابرين؛
إن غزوة الأحزاب قد تجلت بمعانيها القرآنية فيكم، فكانت غزوة قطفتم كل معانيها، وتنسمتم فخار معاليها، يبصر هذا كل من فهم كتاب الله ورأى ما رأى من هذه المعركة التي وقعت معكم وبكم، فخرجتم منها فيكم الشهداء وهي نعمة النّعم في دين الله تعالى، وازددتم صلابة وقوة وثقة بدينكم، إذ كانت معركتكم وغزوتكم جلية واضحة بين قوة الإيمان وعزته بلا حول مادي وبين قوة الكفر المادية وعدته وعتاده، فانتصرت قوة وعزة الإيمان بكم، لأنكم أهله والأحق به، فالحمد لله الذي جدد بكم معاني القرآن في وقت قلّ فيه الخير وكثرت فيه معالم الشر والضلال.
إن هذه النعمة التي عشتموها في هذه الأسابيع والأيام كانت نعمة خالصة لكم، ومن نور هذه النعمة حصل الخير العظيم لأمة الإسلام قاطبة بل للعالم أجمع بإذن الله تعالى، ولعلي في هذه الرسالة أحاول أن أجمل بعض هذه النعم عليكم وعلى أمة الإسلام وعلى العالم كله؛
أول هذه النعم وأعظمها هو سلامة الإيمان وازدياده وثباته، فإن الله تعالى يقول: (( ولا تهنوا ولا تحزنوا وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين)) فالنصر هو ثبات الإيمان وخلوصه من الريب والشك والضعف، وقد رأى العالم أجمع سلامة الإيمان وثباته فيكم من خلال تلك الكلمات التي يصورها عوام غزة قبل علمائهم ومجاهديهم وهي تعبر عن قوة اليقين الذي أكرمتم به، فلقد رأينا وسمعنا كلمات تلك المرأة العظيمة وهي تجلس على أنقاض بيتها لتتحدى يهود وحكام الردة العرب وقادة الصليبيين في المشرق والمغرب أنكم لم ولن تصيبوا قوة الإيمان في قلوبنا، ورأينا أم الشهيدين في أول المعركة وهي ترفع كلمات الإيمان القرآنية أمام العالم كله، فهذه كلمات عامة الناس فكيف بكلمات علمائكم وقادتكم، فهنيئاً لكم هذا الشرف العظيم.
وإن من نعم الله عليكم هو ما أكرم الله به رجالكم وأطفالكم ونساءكم وشيوخكم من الشهادة، وهذي وإن عدها الناس مصيبة فهي عند الله عظيمة الشأن جليلة القدر، فإن الله تعالى منّ على أصحاب الحبيب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة أحد بأن قال لهم- ويتخذ منكم شهداء - ، فإن من قتل منكم شهيداً كان سيموت ولو كان في غير هذا الموطن لقوله تعالى: (( قل لو كنتم في بيوتكم لبرز الذين كتب عليهم القتل إلى مضاجعهم)) ذلك لأن الموت في ديننا((كتاباً مؤجلاً)) وها هم الناس يموتون، ولكن موتكم هو كموت إخوانكم المجاهدين في العراق وأفغانستان والصومال، هو موت الشهداء، فهذه نعمة لا يبكى عليها ولكن يسعى إليها، فاللهم ألحقنا بشهدائكم- آمين.
لقد كانت غزوة الأحزاب هذه على غزة أيها الأحبة- نعمة عظمى على أمة الإسلام، حيث أحييتم في الأمة معالم الإيمان، إذ تفجر الغضب الإيماني في قلوب المسلمين جميعاً-إلا المنافقين- نصرة لكم وغضباً على أعداء الله تعالى من اليهود والمرتدين والصليبيين، فكانت دماء الأبناء والأمهات والآباء نوراً لأهل الإيمان ليبصروا واقع هذا العالم بقسميه وفسطاطيه وعدوتيه، فتكشف الباطل عارياً من كل زيف وتزويق، فرآه المؤمنون على حقيقتهم.
لقد كانت دمائكم وجهادكم وصبركم وثباتكم معالم هداية عرف المسلمون بها وبنورها حكام الردة الذين جلسوا يرقبون وينظرون إليكم وإلى دمائكم وصرخات الأطفال والنساء دون أن تتحرك فيهم شعرة رجولة أو نبضة قلب خيِّرة، بل أنتم أكثر من يعلم وقادتكم السياسيون في حركة حماس يعلمون أن هؤلاء الحكام كانوا يتمنون هزيمتكم وفناءكم ودماركم، وقد علمت الأمة هذا حق الصدق واليقين، وبذلك دفعتم أنتم بدماءكم وشهدائكم وثباتكم ثمن هذا العلم الحق، وتلك مراتب الصديقين والشهداء والصالحين.
إن هذه الغزوة كانت سبب رحمة لأمة الإسلام إذا أعادت لحمة الإيمان بين أهلها، هذه اللحمة التي أعمل حكام الكفر والردة تقطيعها بين الشعوب المسلمة، فقد جمعت بجهادكم ودمائكم الأمة كلها في صعيد واحد، هو صعيد الإسلام فقط لأن معركتكم كانت تحت راية الإسلام والإيمان، فلم يفترق المسلمون عليكم بين عربي وعجمي ولا بين أبيض وأسود، فقد صار الكلّ بكم تحت راية الإسلام، وهذه نعمة لا يعرف قدرها إلا من علم كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
لقد كانت هذه الغزوة آخر حذاء في وجه بوش وعصابته، وهي ستكون بفضل الله ورحمته منعطفاً جديداً لسقوط دولة الكفر اليهودي، إذ أن إنتصاركم هو رقم كبير يضاف إلى مجموع الإنتصارات التي يحققها المجاهدون منذ وقت لتصنع الإنتصار الكبير القادم على الكفر بكل أنواعه، وهي طرقة كبيرة هزت حكام الردة إذ صار المسلمون يجمعون في قلوبهم وفي مكان واحد اليهود ومبارك وجنده وبعير الجزيرة الجاهل والمأجور الحاكم في الأردن، وهذا قد بذل أهل العلم الكثير من بيانه للناس علمياً فجاءت غزوتكم هذه المباركة لتكشفه حق الكشف بلا مواربة ولا زمزمة.
إن دولة يهود لا تقوم إلا بجيل الناس وعندما يتخلى الناس عنها ستسقط، وها هي معالم بغضها في العالم أجمع تتكاشف وتشتد وهذا مؤذن بفضل الله أن سقوطها آت لا محالة، وإذا قضى الله أمراً فلا راد لقضائه.
إن ذكر المنح الإلهية التي حصلت في غزوة الأحزاب هذه والتي صنعت بكم أيها المجاهدون من كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام، وبكل مؤمن صابر في غزة لتحتاج إلى ورقات كثيرة فالحمد لله تعالى أن أكرمكم بها.
لقد انجلت هذه المعركة ((وردّ الله الذين كفروا بغيظهم لم ينالوا خيراً)) وإن من الخير والدين أن أذكر إخواني بكلمات هي واجبة القول مني أن أقولها لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم-الدين النصيحة- وأنتم اليوم في مقام عظيم ومرتبة تقطع دونها الأعناق، فأنتم أولى بها وأهلها، وحسن الظن بكم كبير أن تسمعوها.
إن أول ما أذكر أخواني به هو القيام بحق الله تعالى، فقد انتظر منكم المسلمون يوم أن أكرمكم الله بالتمكين في غزة أن تعلنوها إمارة إسلامية تحكم بشرع الله تعالى، وتتبرأ من الجاهلية، كل الجاهلية، ولكن إلى الآن لم يكن هذا، فها أنتم اليوم قد أكرمكم الله بالتمكين فوق التمكين، وبالنصر المبين، وقد هزمتم اليهود وأمريكا من ورائهم، وهزمتم طاغية مصر وحكام الردة أجمعين فهذه محنة لكم وامتحان آخر وضعكم الله فيه، فهلا فعلتموها يا جند الله؟! وهلا رفعتم راية الإسلام وحده فوق قطاع غزة ونبذتم كل ألوان الجاهلية؟! هذا والله إن فعلتموه فستفرحون الله تعالى وعباده المؤمنين في كل الأرض، وسيرضى عنكم الله أحباباً له، ووالله إنكم لأهل لذلك كله.
ماذا بقي من الشر والكفر لم يقاتلوكم فيه يا أهل الإيمان واليقين في غزة؟! لقد رموا لكم بكل قواهم وأدوات دمارهم، وتحالفوا عليكم قوساً واحدة فأكرمكم الله بكرامة النصر المبين الذي لا يشك فيه مؤمن، فما يمنعكم من هذه الخطوة من هذه الخطوة الإيمانية العظيمة؟! ، فأنتم لستم رجال الخوف حتى تخافون من هذا الأمر، ولستم رجال الجهل حتى يخفى عليكم هذا الغرض الإيماني الواجب، بل أنتم والله أهل الشجاعة والعلم، وهذا ما نظنكم أهله ورجاله، فأقدموا على هذه المحطة لتفرحوا كل المؤمنين في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها.
لقد كان المؤمنون في كل العالم معكم، يقتلهم القهر بسبب العجز من أن ينجدوكم وينصرونكم، فلم يملك الناس إلا الدعاء والكلمة الحق إعذاراً إلى الله، ثمّ كان الفرح بالنصر، لكنه فرح مشوب بالحزن حين يعلن القادة لهذا القطاع قبولهم ومطالبتهم بحكومة وحدة وطنية، فيا أيها القادة الرجال، ويا قادة المجاهدين الأبطال ليس هذا لهذا القطاع قبولهم ومطالبتهم بحكومة وحدة وطنية، فيا أيها القادة الرجال، ويا قادة المجاهدين الأبطال ليس هذا ما يؤمله المؤمنون منكم، وليس هذا هو الطريق لحمد الله على نعمة النصر، بل الطريق الإيماني هو ما تعلمونه من كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فإن من حق المؤمنين عليكم في غزة المجاهدة، ومن حق الشهداء عليكم، ومن حق كل المسلمين في العالم عليكم هو إعلان غزة دولة إسلامية وإمارة لجند الله تعالى دون غيرهم من الناس والكفر بكل الجاهلية ونظمها وأحزابها ورجالها.
لقد تعودنا بثبات رجالنا وصمودهم وانتصارهم ولكن لم تكن المواقف السياسية على قدر هذا كله، والمأهول اليوم أن يسبق القادة السياسيون رجال الميدان لأنهم أبصر الناس بطبيعة المعركة وقد رأوا وفهموا مكر حكام الردة بهم، ولذلك فإني أسألهم بالله تعالى أن يكونوا أوفياء لدماء الشهداء الذين جاهدوا في سبيل الله تعالى، وسبيل الله تعالى الذي أرادوه هو الحكم بما أنزل الله تعالى، حتى يتم النصر النهائي ويغتاظ الكافرون والمرتدون ويكشف كفرهم أكثر وأكثر ويفرح المؤمنون بنصر الله تعالى.
ختاماً:- هنيئاً للمجاهدين هذا النصر، وهنيئاً لأهل غزة وقطاعها كله هذا الثبات والصبر، ورحم الله الشهداء وألحقنا بهم على خير، ولعنة الله على يهود وحكام الردة والصليبيين- آمين آمين.
وقد بقي في النفس الكثير ولكن الموطن لا يحتمل أكثر من هذا وخاصة أن هذه الكلمة تخرج من رجل سجين مقيد ليس له من أمره شيء من الوقت والفعل.
والحمد لله رب العالمين

Ali Ben Haj reappears

also referred to as Ali Belhaj and Ali Bin Haj, is #2 in the Islamic Salvation Front, a banned Algerian Islamist party. He has spent most of the last 20 years in Algerian prisons, but he got out in 2005 as part of a reconciliation program in that country. Now, like so many other totalitarian Islamists, he is exploiting Operation Cast Lead to condemn Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Fatah, along with Israel. His piece is in the form of a shari'ah fatwa or argument, full of quotations from the qur'aan, hadith, and "scholars", and about three pages long. The banner (above) which accompanied his document appears to be from the Islamic Rights Observatory, i.e. Yassir al-Sirri. Al-Sirri is wanted for murder in Egypt and has been harbored by the UK since the late 1990's. The document itself was uploaded to a website controlled by Mohammed al-Massari, who is also harbored by the UK.

Umarov's group condemns and threatens Zakayev in London

Below is an item from the English section of the Sunni terrorist propaganda organ called Kavkaz. The site is hosted in the UK but still controlled (as far as I know) by a career propagandist called Movladi Udugov in Istanbul. Udugov's current employer is the Arab syndicate which funds the terrorist aggression against Russia, known nowadays as the Caucasus Emirate (CE). The latest Emir of that outfit is Dokka Umarov, referred to in this piece as Abu Usman. The signatory of the piece, Shamsuddin Batukayev, is a fugitive from the defeated Wahhabi insurgency in Chechnya, in which he played the part of the "shari'ah judge". I do not know Batukayev's current location. Zakayev is currently a protégé of Boris Berezovsky in London.

Audio proves Zakayev's collaboration with Russian infidels: Wekalat

Results of special operational measures have confirmed that Zakayev is closely collaborating with FSB of Russia

Statement by Wekalat of the Caucasus Emirate

Mukhabarat (Intelligence Service) of the Caucasus Emirate has received operational information about ex-CRI's ex-foreign affairs minister Akhmed Zakayev's links with FSB of RF since long ago. The information about those links was received from sources among [Mukhabarat's] agents.

Despite Zakayev openly called for a rebellion against the legitimate ruler of Muslims in Caucasus and established secret contacts with the ringleader of pro-Moscow puppet regime Kadyrov, information from agents about Zakayev's links with FSB of RF needed additional confirmation.

In order to obtain facts proving Zakayev's collaboration with Russian secret services, a special operation using operational resources of Mukhabarat of the Caucasus Emirate and Wekalat (General Mission Abroad) of CE was prepared and carried out.

Carrying out special operational measures, Mukhabarat of CE has managed to offer Russian secret services a fake communication channel between the leadership of Caucasus Emirate and Wekalat of CE abroad.

That fake channel carried an audio tape of an "operational letter" from the head of Wekalat of CE Shamsuddin Batukayev to the Amir of IK Abu ‘Uthman, which was meant to make both Zakayev and FSB interested.

18 December 2008 Ahmed Zakayev published the mentioned audio tape on his personal site.
Thus, Zakayev with his own hand, de facto, confirmed the information from agents about his close ties with FSB and coordination of his traitorous activity against the Caucasus Emirate with Russian secret services.

At the same time in the territory of the Caucasus Emirate, operational and investigative measures revealed the location of an agent, who was actively financed from London through Zakayev during all this time.

Irrefutable documentary evidence of such financing (audio correspondence between the agent and Zakayev was intercepted) and preparation of an attempt upon the life of the Amir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokka Abu Usman were obtained. Witnesses were found who made proper testimonies.

Thus, all these documents, including the audio tape of Shamsuddin Batukayev's "letter", which was received by Zakayev from FSB or RF (which irrefutably proves the presence of Zakayev's operational contacts with the Russian secret services), were enclosed with the common case of participants of the anti-state rebellion.

Wekalat of CE reminds that any decision regarding this or that person who took part or continues to take part in the criminal gang consisting of ex-members of CRI government, including double agent Ahmed Zakayev, will be made by the Sharia court. Its decision will be announced officially.

The Islamic state Caucasus Emirate carries out all its actions openly, based on the Sharia, and does not need to hide its intentions regarding betrayers, their ringleaders and accomplices, insha'Allah.

فإننا نُحذِّر كّلَّ جنديٍّ وضابط من جنود مصر أن يخسروا شرفهم الفريد بأن يندفعوا في إطاعة الأوامر الصادرة إليهم بغير أن يعرضوها على دينهم وقلوبهم ،فإنه لاطاعة في المعصية، وليست حياة واحدٍ منكم بأغلى من حياة إخوانكم المستضعفين وغير المستضعفين الفلسطينيين، والمسلمون أمة واحدة، يسعى بذمتهم أدناهم، وهم يد على من سواهم" وحتى لاتخسروا الدنيا والآخرة.

وإلى الموظفين من بعض الشيوخ الذين لايزالون يلزمون جانب الصمت، ويخرصون خرص القبور، فرضوا لعمائمهم أن تكون على أصنام، إنَّ سِمَنَ الكيس ونُبْلَ الذِّكرِ لا يجتمعان.

Zawahiri on the dead Bali bombers

22:06 audio. Zawahiri lionizes the three Bali bombers who were executed on 8 November in Indonesia, and crabs about an interfaith dialog held on 12 November in Saudi Arabia.

The audio is pasted over a static graphic of Zawahiri. Grafted into the video component is some old footage of three Londonistanis:

1) Saudi al-Qa'ida member Sa'ad al-Faqih. Since Zawahiri is on about Saudi Arabia this time, it was natural for the video technician to recycle some of al-Faqih's anti-Sa'ud stuff, to make it appear that somebody was chiming agreement with Zawahiri.

2) Abdul Bari Atwan, the manager of the terrorism-friendly Palestinian tabloid al-Quds al-Arabi ("Arab Jerusalem"). That was the paper that first published Usama Bin Ladin's two so-called fatwas, plus al-Qa'ida's claim of responsibility for the African embassy bombings of 1998.

3) Azzam al-Tamimi, who identifies himself with a quasi-academic pressure group called the Institute of Islamic Political Thought.

Update: Fox says in part:
"There is good reason to believe, as the Pakistanis have stated, that a major terrorist is dead," a U.S. official told FOX News, referring to Rashid Rauf.

Update: MSNBC says in part:
A senior U.S. counterterrorism official told NBC News that Rauf and a Saudi militant called Abu Zubair al-Masri were the targets of the strike in North Waziristan.
"These guys are no longer with us," the official said.

The name Abu Zubair al-Masri does not agree with other reports, and "al-Masri" means Egyptian, not Saudi.

Abu Qatada re-arrested

is one of the top three clerics in al-Qa'ida, along with Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi and Omar Abdur-Rahman. He has had political refugee status in the UK since 1993. Earlier he had lived in Kuwait, who expelled him after Desert Storm. In 1993 he fled from Jordan or Ramullah to the UK on a forged Emirati passport and has been operating in the UK ever since, except for interludes in which the Law Lords allowed the government to keep him off the street.

Abu Qatada was arrested Saturday morning 8 November and will appear at some sort of immigration hearing Wednesday 12 November. The British press says that he was preparing to flee the UK. His intended destination is not yet publicly known, but it is said to be in the Middle East. One rumour, quoted by the Hizbullah mouthpiece Lebanon Daily Star, is that Lebanon was a probable destination. It isn't.
An absurd condition of his release on bail back in June is that he may not be in possession of a passport. Since Abu Qatada's status in the UK is that of a political refugee, why should London prevent him from leaving? Be that as it may, he would need papers of some sort, presumably supplied to him by some al-Qa'ida benefactor. The benefactor I have in mind is in Yemen.

Update 13 November from Associated Press, which is following the court proceedings in London. It mentions Abu Qatada's fundraising activities on behalf of Islamists in the UK, but not on behalf of al-Qa'ida elsewhere, such as Russia.

Hani al-Siba'i endorses Maqdisi again

It's not a big deal, but there is little of any real interest on the Arabic forums these days.

Al-Siba'i says he heard from some young brother, who seems to have been seeking advice on which "scholars" to follow, and specifically about Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi. It comes as no surprise that al-Siba'i endorses Maqdisi's doctrines unconditionally.

Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi is the clerical-tribal pseudonym of Isam Mohammad Tahir al-Barqawi of Jordan. He has been held incommunicado in Jordan since 2005. Maqdisi is one of the top three clerics in al-Qa'ida, along with Omar Abdur-Rahman (jailed for life in the USA) and Abu Qatada (under some sort of house arrest in England, incommunicado as far as I know).

This is from Hesbah thread number 198236. Hani has not yet copied this one to his own Maqreze website, but he might, along with the responses. Al-Siba'i has problems of his own with London at the moment. Flattering Maqdisi won't help.

Update 9 February 2009: In the recent spat between Maqdisi's people and Massari's Medaad group, al-Siba'i has joined in on the side of Maqdisi, sparking an unusually strong exchange of insults between al-Siba'i and his fellow Londonistani fugitive Massari.

Hani al-Siba'i says the UK has ordered him out.

He claims that Home Office has decided that he is a threat to the national security of the UK, and they have given him six months to leave. See thread number 195032 at Hesbah. (Hesbah is back online; it is a senior al-Qa'ida forum, and al-Siba'i is one of its most senior members.)

Among other things, al-Siba'i was a member of the Majlis ash-Shura of Egyptian Islamic Jihad, prior to the flight of Ayman al-Zawahiri and others (including himself) after the roundup in Albania. Al-Siba'i is one of the few Egyptian terrorists who still subordinates himself to al-Zawahiri. He has been sentenced to 15 years in Egypt.

After 38 responses, the thread at Hesbah has been closed by "Ibn al-Athir", who asks al-Siba'i to keep the brothers posted on the Maqreze website (run by al-Siba'i).

Fifty responses now. Most are in the nature of prayers to Allah to protect al-Siba'i from "tyrants" and such things, meaning I presume from the British who have hosted al-Siba'i for ten years. The responders do seem to take seriously the idea that the UK will expel him, although it is almost unprecedented for the UK to deport or extradite a member of al-Qa'ida.

Dar al-Hayat (the Lebanese one) noticed al-Siba'i's statement.
